• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named 10ten Japanese Reader.

Types of Data Collected

Crash Data

Crash Data is collected when an unexpected error occurs while using the Service.

Crash Data may include information such as Your installation identifier, browser type, browser version, and details of events that occurred leading up to the error including recently queried source text.

Your Device's Internet Protocol address (i.e. IP address) is not included in Crash Data.

The installation identifier may be used to associate error reports from the same Device but does not provide any means to associate the Device with data other than Crash Data.

Use of Crash Data

The Company may use Crash Data to identify and analyze defects in the Service for the purpose of improving it.

Retention of Your Crash Data

The Company or its Service Provider will retain Your Crash Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Transfer of Your Crash Data

Your Crash Data is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

The security of Your Crash Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Crash Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
